Rules & Regulations

1. Application to purchase cotton package from cottoncountry.club must be in prescribed form only.

2. You must obtain proper receipt of any payment made by you towards product package from authorised offices. The company shall not be responsible for remittance made of any other office or persons.

3. On purchasing product packages, the requisition with the company does not create any employee-employer relationship.

4. Once amount paid towards package, amount shall not be refunded or transfered under any circumstances.

5. Package will be delivered afetr 15 days, subject of availability.

6. Delivery octroi charges shall be applicable according to place and distance, and this shall be paid of Package Purchaser.

7. The company will levied the delivery charges / transportation charges according to distance.

8. Price of the package at the time of delivery will be applicable.

9. If any package is found damaged / spoiled, kindly report within 48 hours to authorised service centre or franchisee. No claim considered thereafter.

10. The Company reserves the right to change / replace, discontinue any of the packages without any pre-notice. The Company will not compensate any amount due to any change in price of package being out of stock.

11. Royalty Income or any other type of amount will be paid only to the package purchaser only after the final product sold.

12. The payment amount of the service of making product will be paid after 15 days duration.

13. The Distributor will not have any right to incure any debt/liability/obligation on behalf of the Company.

14. The Company shall have the right to make any amendment in the business plan, rules and commission, if necessary and the independent distributor shall abide by such charges.

15. The Company reserves the right to reject any application of Independent Distributor without assigning any reason whatsoever.

16. Any dispute arising out of this agreement or its related matter shall be refered to a single arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The Distributor shall have no right to raise any objection on appointment of arbitrator or the manner whatsoever. All disputes is subject to Dhanbad jurisdiction only.
